This UHF standalone RFID reader kit operates perfectly at a frequency between 860MHz to 960 MHz and provides a significant read range up to 4 inches (10 cm). The reader in this kit is designed specifically for desktops and it is also complaint to EPC Class 1 Gen1 and Gen 2 protocols. The Gen top standalone RFID reader is used as a tool for testing and validating applications that use RFID systems. The kit basically communicates with a PC or a laptop using USB interface. The bundle provides a variety of tags which are selected according to the user needs and also can be used for testing purposes.
