Information on the demonstration of 13.56 MHzHF Desktop USB Reader

  • Enable the WIfi and set the default IP to 192.168.16.254 and use the default login.
  • For wired Ethernet connection, follow the below steps to configure HF desktop USB:-
    • Make sure the “NetMode” is being set with “ETH-SERIAL”
    • elect the “IP Type” with “STATIC”
    • Input the local IP address you want to assign with the reader in the “IP ADDRESS” area
    • Input the local gateway address in the “Default Gateway” area
    • The “9600,8,n,1” is being selected for the “Serial Configure” area
    • Input the TCP port number you want to assign with the reader in the “Remote Port Number” area
    • Hit the “Apply” button to take the new setting effect.
    • Once the Ethernet configuration is finished, plug in an RJ45 cable for further testing.
    • For wireless Wi-Fi connection, follow the below steps to configure HF Desktop USB Reader / Writer :-
  1. Make sure the “NetMode” is being set with “WiFI(CLIENT)-SERIAL”
  2. Input the SSID name for your local Wi-Fi network
  3. Input the correct Wi-Fi password for your local Wi-Fi network
  4. Configure the local IP address (make sure this IP is within your local Wi-Fi network) you want to assign with the reader
  5. the “9600,8,n,1” is being selected for the “Serial Configure” area
  6. Input the TCP port number you want to assign with the reader in the “Remote Port Number” area
  7. hit the “Apply” button to take the new setting to take effect.
