Description

Overview: 

The ear tags Use the TPU material, resistant to ultraviolet light, high and lower temperature, the ear Tag with minimum 28kg Full test force when furnished tested. The tag consists of 2 parts (Male and Female) round shape keeping into consideration that tags will be acceptable as a continuous strip. The two parts (Female and male rotate easily which tag is fixed on the animal ear. The distance is fixed between female and male) 

 

Male Part Specification: 

  • High flexible male pin, the head of the pin is brass headed, not easy to rust, so the applicator pin does not penetrate the plastic part when applied to the animal ear, and the conical head of the male part succeed to penetrate the animal ear. 
  • The male part can be round visual ear tags, also can be flag shape size for your like. 

Female Part: 

  • This female part uses the new design, the head is RFID ear tags have the chip, use the reader to scan will show the number, the big size support of the laser RFID id number for easy to see.  
  • Laser printing will be applied to the outer face of this part. 
  • This part has a metal (or plastic) ring embedded inside the neck to prevent the male part from being detached or removed. (Proper fixing of the two parts together).
