As with most other technical and business events, you shall not be charged nor be paid for the opportunity to present at the Global Virtual Summits (GVS). However, you shall receive rewards for your contributions as described below.
You will receive a UDCC (Unique Discount Coupon Code) that you can give to friends, colleagues or customers and they can use it to get a 10% discount on anything offered by GAO Tek Inc. and GAO RFID Inc., for example, memberships, sponsorships, hardware, software, and professional services.

Presentation Proposals
If you wish to give a presentation in your area of expertise at one of our global summits, please send us a proposal. This presentation needs to be of high professional quality and of educational value to the attendees.
You can apply for a free presentation for your start-up pitch deck, to launch a new book before publication or a new product never released before, a course never announced before, a new service never announced before and any other new launch never released anywhere before.
There is no restriction on the number and topics of your presentations as long as they are in the areas that you have expert knowledge and hands-on experiences, are well prepared, and have passed the quality review of our review committees.
Each live presentation is allocated a maximum of 90 minutes. Presentations are recommended to last for 60 minutes, leaving 5 minutes of initial organization, 20 minutes for QA, and 5 minutes for preparation for the next session. It is recommended to have between 20 and 40 slides. The number of slides or the duration of the presentation is not a hard and fast rule, but the quality is most important.
All presentations will be recorded with a virtual background provided by the summit organizer.
