GAORFID Rugged Passive RFID Waste Bin Screw Tag utilizes RFID to uniquely identify waste bins. When the truck empties the bin, the tag is read and weighed, to accurately simplify billing according to the amount of waste that was produced. Tags attached to waste containers enable operators to monitor sorting quality, track the number of times a container is placed for collection and track the weight of its contents. Waste Bin Tag is developed with a rugged plastic housing to protect it from rain, dirt and other environmental conditions. This makes it ideal for Waste Management solutions. It is available with different chips and memory sizes. RFID waste bin tag is a plastic RFID transponder encased in ABS shell and sealed with epoxy resin. The tag is of small size, round shape and with four holes, which is specially designed for affixing by screws into a hole on waste bins bottom. The RFID garbage tag can also be mounted in any other hole with matching threads or be mounted on the surface by the four holes in the tag. This RFID waste bin tag is among the most robust RFID tags, can withstand harsh environment, waterproof, resistant to dust, oil, chemistry. Integrating this RFID tag into the RFID system, the garbage collection company can dramatically improve working efficiency, better track and manage waste bin, and possibly deploy loyalty and reward programs offering to residents.
